As more and more groups ask to use our facilities, the Ministry of Property has determined that some events need a special events coordinator. To that end, the Cabinet has approved a job description and empowered the Personnel Committee to select several people to be trained and then be on call to serve as Special Events Coordinators when needed.
“What we need is a small pool of people who Pastor Brenda or I or Randy can call to make sure the church’s interests are protected, the rules are followed, facilities users feel welcomed, and the place if clean when they’re done,” Pastor Jeff explained.
