PSR President to preach at Niles Discovery Church

Rev. Dr. David Vásquez-Levy, President of Pacific School of Religion in Berkeley, California, will preach at Niles Discovery Church on Sunday, December 13. A committed pastor, a nationally recognized immigration leader, and a sought after speaker, Vásquez-Levy leads at the intersection of faith, higher education, and social change.

Dr. Vásquez-Levy’s sermon will focus on the journey Sarah and Abraham took, connecting it to the journey all faithful people undertake. A no-host lunch follows at the Rose Garden Restaurant, 33348 Alvarado Niles Rd, Union City, for people who are interested in learning more about Pacific School of Religion. If you would like to attend the lunch, please let Pastor Jeff know by December 6.

Pacific School of Religion is a progressive, interdenominational Christian seminary committed to preparing theologically and spiritually rooted leaders for social transformation. It is also the seminary where Pastor Jeff and Pastor Brenda received their training.
